Is being hypnotized really like what I see in shows?
Stage hypnotism is for entertainment only. It is unrelated to hypnotherapy, which is used to adjust a person’s thought patterns, feelings, and behaviors.
Will I be totally under the hypnotists control?
No, you will remain perceptive and alert, as you receive hypnotherapy.
How many sessions are needed to see results?
Results can be seen in as few as one session; but typically 2-3 sessions are needed for maximum effect.
Do the sessions have to be done in person, or can you do them over Skype, etc?
If you are visiting the area or live locally, in-person sessions can be arranged. Virtual sessions are also available if you prefer.
